XI. ENERGY CONSERVATION OF HOMES
HomeTown's homes are projected to cost from $140 to $180 per year to heat. We guarantee for 3 years that the heating cost will not exceed $300 per year.
Our energy systems are going to be explained on an upcoming PBS Nova and Frontline special on global warming and climate change. I believe the program airs early next spring.
Since we compete head to head with the big public production builders like Horton, Pulte, and Centex, we had to develop simple, inexpensive energy saving systems.
