How Do I Know I Am Building A Quality Home?

  1. Energy efficiency. Homes that are energy efficient wouldn't be energy efficient if they weren't built well. Aside from being built well, this means lower energy bills for you, the homeowner.
  2. Inspections. Through out the whole construction process, your home is inspected several times by the Village Inspector. There are numerous building codes that a builder has to adhere to. The inspector is there to ensure that all of the codes have been followed. While building your home, you will be given the opportunity to inspect your home prior to moving in.
